All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping and Delivery Methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We ship in Italy by courier. The goods are always accompanied by the relevant invoice inside the package. For Italy, delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for goods readily available in our warehouses, while for goods not in stock delivery time varies according to the availability of the items ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Terms of Sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreement governing online purchases between Gruppo Editoriale Volont\u00e8 &amp; Co and the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LIABILITY<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Gruppo Editoriale Volont\u00e8 &amp; Co. shall not be held liable for disservices ascribable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and\/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and similar events which might fully or partially impact the execution of the purchase agreement within the established timeframe. Volont\u00e8 &amp; Co. shall also hold no liability towards any party for damages, losses and costs resulting from the non-execution of the purchase agreement due to the above-mentioned causes, as well as any damage, loss or cost derived by the use or the impossibility to use the purchased products, reserving to the customer the sole right of reimbursement of the purchase cost, excluding any shipping cost.
